Building Custom Contemporary Homes for the Future
We believe a truly modern custom home should be more than beautifully designed. It should be intelligent, connected, efficient, and capable of evolving with the people who live in it. That philosophy shapes every Holistic Homes project. We consider the home’s technology infrastructure during the design and construction process rather than treating technology as an afterthought. This allows us to create an integrated foundation for current devices and systems while providing the flexibility to accommodate emerging technologies in the future.
Each year key members of our Holistic Homes team attend important international and domestic trade events including, but not limited to, IBS, KBIS, IWF, and others to keep appraised of a wide variety of industry innovations. We create homes in which technology works quietly and intuitively in the background to enhance everyday living. Depending upon scope, once permits are received, we intend to complete construction within 24 to 36 months.

We design with Atlanta’s climate in mind while considering changing weather patterns, heat, humidity, severe-weather resilience, energy consumption, indoor air quality, and the long-term demands placed on the home’s mechanical and structural systems.
